Innovation Consultants and Construction Company Pvt. Ltd. (known as IECCC) was established by New Era Engineers in 2021 to provide quality services in the field of Civil Engineering. IECCC is not just an ordinary construction company; It is a multi-disciplinary organization specializing in Architecture, Consulting, Construction Management, Manufacturing, Education, Finance, Healthcare, Hospitality and Plumbing.

ORGANIZATION OF IECCC

The company's policies and strategies are created by the members of the Board of Directors. The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for the overall management of the company. Currently, the company has more than 10 full-time managers and more than 5 part-time professionals, including highway engineers, structural engineers, hydrologists, engineers, water supply engineers, civil engineers, industrial engineers, urban planners, businessmen and hydroelectric engineers . Waiting The structure of IECCC is shown in Figure 1.

IECCC was registered as a company on February 1, 2021, but we have sufficient funds and resources to support new projects on time and profitably. Company currently has a capital of 3 million Nepalese rupees and a bank balance of 1 million Nepalese rupees to ensure the good business of the company
