Construction of ADC Block Building at PM Residence at Baluwatar, Kathmandu issued on 10-10-2078 under National Competitive Bidding procedures with contract ID:FSCMO/19-078/79(WORKS) was awarded to Innovate Engineering Consultant and Construction Company Pvt. Ltd. The ongoing construction work is targeted to be completed withing twelve months. The traditional looking earthquake resistant building features small Dachi Appa brick works, clay tile cladding on slope roof, salwood beam, columns, joist etc.  
 
  • Construction of Staircase, Entrance gate, Septic tank, Open air threatre, etc at Girija Prasad Park, Budhanilkantha 2 (On-going) 
Construction of Staircase, Entrance gate, Septic tank, Open air threatre, etc at Girija Prasad Park, Budhanilkantha 2 issued on 02-01-2022 under National Competitive Bidding procedures with contract ID:DCOKTM/PLPP/078/79/08 was awarded to Innovate Engineering Consultant and Construction Company Pvt. Ltd. With an agreement on 29-03-2022 between the Innovate Engineering Consultant and Construction Company Pvt. Ltd. and KVDA,District Commissioner's Office, Kathmandu, the ongoing construction work is targeted to be completed withing six months. This aesthetic park features grass turfing, flag stone pavement, foot trails, elegant entrance gate, open air threatre etc.

  •  Construction of Canteen Block Building (On-going)

    Construction of Canteen Block Building issued by National Judical Academy, Manamaiju, Kathmandu on 04-02-2022 under National Competitive Bidding procedures with contract ID:NCB/NJA/01/078-79 was awarded to Innovate Engineering Consultant and Construction Company Pvt. Ltd. With an agreement on 29-03-2022 between the Innovate Engineering Consultant and Construction Company Pvt. Ltd. and National Judical Academy the ongoing construction work is targeted to be completed withing six months. The standard earthquake resistant building comprises of 20 columns with dimensions 1'-2''*1'-6" and isolated footings with double tie-beams.This aesthetic fair face one storey building comes up with plinth area of 2,743.31 sq.ft.

  • Laying of Gabion and Retaining Wall works Sainik Awasiya Mahavidyalaya Bhaktapur.(Completed)
The construction focuses on building 132.56 cum. retaining structure, chain link fencing and maintenance based on the need of site at periphery of Sainik Awasiya Mahavidyalaya Bhaktapur to ensure safe classrooms and halls.The contract is expected to commence with the construction of retaining structure and maintenance from 21st June 2021 and complete the works by 15th July 2021.Under the management of Innovate Engineering Consultant and Construction Company Pvt. Ltd.the construction is supervised by the Senior Engineers of Nepal Army and works closely with Field Engineers.

  • Supply of civil items for the construction of lab and dancing hall for Sainik Awasiya Mahavidyalaya Bhaktapur(Completed)
The project aims at supply of all the required civil items for the maintenance of East Block Lab and Dancing hall of Shree Sainik Awasiya Mahavidyalaya Bhaktapur.Under the package various civil items like 165 no. of 12ft. coloured roofing sheets of 0.40mm along with 2 rolls of 3ft. plain sheets, 70 no. of 2"*2" 16 gauge square pipe, 280cft. of sand and chips each, 38 bags opc cements,10 no. of 24W panel light along with ABC connector and cable shoe, different size white wall tiles, some other miscellaneous items like 2in1 pillar cock,GI cross T, Spandle with head, welding rods, 4inch and 14 inch cutting blades, and nut bolts was delivered to the School as per the specifications provided by the end of july 2021.

  • Maintenance and Construction of hollow block masonry wall at the periphery of Bijeshwori Gyan Mandir Sainik Mahavidyalaya Kathmandu(Completed)
This project aims on constructing 470 cft. hollow block masonry wall at the periphery of Bijeshwori Gyan Mandir Sainik Mahavidyalaya Kathamndu and 4 ft. metal fencing above the wall to ensure the safe school premises. The project being started by second week of December 2021 is expected to complete by the end of December 2021.Under the management of Innovate Engineering Consultant and Construction Company Pvt. Ltd.the construction is supervised by the Senior Engineers of Nepal Army and work closely with Field Engineers so as project meets agreed specifications within given time frame.
