Overview


Construction of ADC Block Building at PM Residence at Baluwatar, Kathmandu issued on 10-10-2078 under National Competitive Bidding procedures with contract ID:FSCMO/19-078/79(WORKS) was awarded to Innovate Engineering Consultant and Construction Company Pvt. Ltd. The agreed time frame for the completion of the project was twelve months from the time of agreement. The east facing traditional looking earthquake resistant building features a plinth area of 129.58sq.m, 6 bedrooms, 2 sitting rooms, 2 office rooms, 7 bathrooms and a common kitchen hall under a exposed polycarbonate steel truss. This elegant 2 and half storey building was constructed with designer choice small Dachi Appa brick works, clay tile cladding on slope roof, salwood beam, wood parquet, columns and joist. This modern building features three phase electricity connection, internet connection, cable connection, water supply, waste disposal and sensors.

Quality Assurance


With zero compromise in the quality of material and methodology being used the company has provided lab test reports of the material being used and supporting lab documents supporting strength of the concrete being used during different phases of the construction. Pressure check was done to ensure the leakage in sanitary pipe and fixtures. Under the keen supervision of site engineers and well trained workers following necessary health and safety protocol the construction was completed as per agreed BOQ by 29th Bhadra 2080. The additional works including land scaping was completed and successfully handed on 28th Ashwin 2080 after thorough testing and commissioning of the work completed.
